You pay the once-off package price when you get started, and that is all you pay for your first twelve months. The monthly fee is completely free for the first year — no monthly charges, no hidden costs.
The monthly fee shown above only begins after your first year, from year two onwards, and it is billed yearly. It covers your support, updates and new features, so your system keeps improving long after you have started using it.
The customer limit is the number of customer records you keep on file — the contacts you save in the system with their name, phone, address, account balance and purchase history. Each package tells you how many of these records your database can hold.
It is not a limit on how many sales you can make. Over-the-counter and walk-in sales that are not linked to a saved contact are unlimited on every package, so a busy shop serving hundreds of people a day only needs a small customer limit.
You only need to record a customer when you want to follow that person or company over time — for credit sales and receivables, invoicing, quotations, reservations, or simply to look up what they bought before.
