3. User Responsibilities

4. Payment Terms

If you use our paid services, you agree to pay all fees and charges. Billing is monthly unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

In no event shall EasyModePOS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by EasyModePOS, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access to our services at any time, without cause or notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mauritius.
